Brief
Puffin presented us with a brief to create an interactive online tool to encourage and aid 6–11 year olds to write stories and to develop their understanding of storytelling and literacy.
Approach
Interested in the space between digital and printed formats, we produced a tool that allows the user to design, write and make an interactive 3D pop-up book, which can then be printed.

As this was a very ambitious project that could only be realized through research and development, we experimented by building different ways that pop-up shapes would open onscreen.
